SYNOPSIS
A Sheltered young woman gets dumped by her fiance before her friends hijack her to the annual event of Burning Man.
THE PRODUCERS

Rob Margolies graduated from Chapman University with a BFA in Film Production. During his senior year, he was awarded a scholarship that entitled him to be mentored by the Oscar Winning Director William Friedkin. Margolies’ first movie “LIFELINES” was purchased and distributed by Kanbar Entertainment. Margolies’ second movie “SHE WANTS ME” received worldwide distribution in large part by Lionsgate, and stars Josh Gad, Hilary Duff, Charlie Sheen, Wayne Knight, among other stars. Margolies’ third movie, “ROOMMATE WANTED” stars Alexa Vega, Spencer Grammer, and Kathryn Morris. It was purchased and distributed by Lionsgate. Additionally, Margolies has served as a writer, producer, and director on TV shows, web series’, and many films. Recent films Margolies has produced are “IMMORTAL”, a sc-fi anthology starring Dylan Baker, Tony Todd, Mario Van Peebles, etc. “NEVER HEARD”, a faith based gospel film with an all star cast, “I’D LIKE TO BE ALONE NOW”, which also features a knockout ensemble cast, and “YES” starring Nolan Gould from “MODERN FAMILY” in a lead dramatic role. Margolies most recently produced and directed BOBCAT MORETTI, a heart- wrenching drama starring Vivica A Fox, Taryn Manning, Tim Realbutto, Oscar-nominee Sally Kirkland, and more. BURNING GIRL is one of several feature films Margolies is currently attached to produce.

Arizona-native Sammi Farber is a Clio Award-winning freelance producer based in Los Angeles, working primarily in film and music videos. Sammi initially came to the industry as a professional dancer. At the young age of 15, Sammi became one of the youngest members of a professional touring company, performed in live shows and music videos and assisted many of the industry’s most acclaimed choreographers. After moving to LA to further her career in dance, Sammi soon found herself expanding into the world of production. As a freelance producer, Sammi has enjoyed collaborating with top directors and leading production companies, producing for notable artists including Billie Eilish, Janelle Monae, Blackbear, and Gucci Mane. She has produced a number of short films including Katie Boland’s dark psychological drama “Twins” and Megan Park’s “A Beautiful Future”, sponsored by Belvedere and starring Francia Raisa. Sammi recently completed work on Carlos Lopez Estrada’s feature film, “Summertime”, which premiered opening night at the 2020 Sundance Festival and is headed for a worldwide theatrical release in Spring 2021.

Jessica Carollo is a producer, SAG/AFTRA & AEA actress, and video editor based in New York. A graduate of the Circle in the Square Theatre School in New York City, Jessica has worked as a freelance creative production assistant for the Tamron Hall Show, video producer for the Path Fund’s “Rockers on Broadway” honoring Billy Porter for Broadway On Demand and she was the producer/editor for the YouTube Series, “NYC Smile 4 Me” hosted by Chris Bohinski. Jessica's on-screen performance credits include Amazon Prime’s series, “What Exit?”, featured roles on "Red Oaks" on Amazon and "Kevin Can Wait" on CBS. Her stage credits include Kennedy’s Children for Regeneration Theater, New York Fringe Festival musical comedy, "Invader? I hardly know her!” and debuting in the NY premiere stage reading of "Panic! The musical" for NY Theater Barn. Before the pandemic hit, Jessica was working as Chief to Staff for FOH for the Broadway show “Harry Potter and the Cursed Child.”
